Behavioral economics is vogue amid wealth advisors and financial planners. The challenge is applying that knowledge to the investment discipline through the field of behavioral finance. While this book is largely targeted at the sophisticated, individual investor, it is also relevant to institutional names.

Industry heavyweights are purported to be acting with a rational mindset, in fact they often are not. If anything, behavioral traits among pension funds and endowments, among others, are merely amplified because institutions are collections of individuals.
